Guest Ratings & Reviews
Located in the Agave Suites, this hotel works great for a family of 5. The rooms are comfy, with the couch, carpet, and walls giving a cozy feel. Already assigned rooms make the stay hassle-free, although some major renovations are needed. It's a perfect spot to get away and readily explore Phoenix. The splashing might bother some, but the back door trails and swim-up bar area are convenient.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning surroundings. The rooms, however, are quite small and may not be comfortable for groups. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, with some staff going out of their way to assist, while others displayed a dismissive attitude. The location is convenient but lacks proper maintenance in some areas. Dining options were limited, and the pricing was on the higher side. The facilities offered were adequate but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a slightly old weathered smell but were clean and had a comfortable bed. The service was wonderful, with staff genuinely caring about making our stay great. The location was a bit run down and confusing but was in a great area of the Phoenix area. The dining options were good, although there were additional charges for Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
